My name is Suzette, I am a reflexologist offering Foot, Hand and Integrated Ear Reflexology. My services also include Indian Head Massage, Meridian Therapy, Aromatherapy Natural Facelift Facials and Personal Health Coaching.

I was inspired to study reflexology from having regular treatments myself and the benefits quickly showed what a powerful yet gentle therapy reflexology is. It helped me feel so relaxed and stress free and I found out what amazing things your feet can tell about your health!

My years of my own health journey drove me to learn & practice modalities with which I can help people and make a difference and hence my passion for natural therapies was born. I am dedicated to helping people achieve and maintain health and wellness through reflexology, lifestyle and good nutrition. I feel privileged to know my talents and apply them accordingly to be of healing and relaxing service to you.

I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists New Zealand and stay up to date with monthly meetings. I have a certificate in Reflexology through the Auckland School of Reflexology. (Currently completing my Diploma by November 2019) a Certificate in Indian Head Massage, a Diploma in Anatomy & Physiology (SIT), completed Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage (Sally Kay).
